Hey, I'm Wai Hoi Tsang. I'm a global communications leader with over 15 years experience. I started on this journey at 18 years old when, growing up as a Belgian boy of Chinese heritage, I decided to stand for election and find a way to make a positive impact in my community. That election set me on a career track which has brought me from local politics and diplomacy to corporate communications and public affairs.

Today I lead the Corporate Reputation Practice at FTI Consulting in Brussels, the largest strategic communications agency in the Benelux, following leadership roles in agency and in-house in Hong Kong and Singapore.

I advise organisations in the technology, energy and industrials space during their moments of truth — market entry, regulatory challenge, leadership transition.
